Old Tucson Studios

On April 24, 1995, a devastating fire destroyed 40% of this famous Tucson landmark, which had been in existence for 57 years. One year later, on the anniversary of the fire, Diversified began work to restore the Old Tucson Studios by constructing and/or renovating approximately 20 separate building structures, entertainment venues, and revitalizing an outdated infrastructure across 35 acres. Most of the structures dated back to the 1950s. Many buildings involved restoration and reconstruction, while others involved making new construction look old.
