Diversified built this 7,000 SF multi-use building in a historic neighborhood on land owned by Pima County. The building includes administrative offices, meeting rooms, seed processing areas, and seed freezer storage. The seed storage area meets stringent temperature and humidity requirements with exceptional fail-safe capability, including onsite backup power generation.
