Arroyo Gardens

Diversified is currently building a new 84,000 SF senior living facility consisting of 60 assisted living apartments and 28 dementia memory care beds. The multipurpose building houses leisure and wellness activities in addition to dining, an indoor pool, fitness center and spa that all open up to covered outdoor spaces. The new facility is located adjacent to an existing skilled nursing and rehabilitation center that Diversified renovated and added onto in 2011.
